Our services for you

Psychotherapy
Awareness and healing through research-backed psychological interventions
Psychotherapy facilitates a deeper awareness of the self, others and self in relationship with the other. This awareness in turn helps us to heal and to make healthy choices in life.
Know, heal and feel life is the tagline of our company, The rhythms for mind. Here is
what our tagline means.
Know: To make sense of our psychological distress and to heal, it is imperative to
have the knowledge gained through years of research in psychotherapy and
advancements in neuroscience. We aim to use that knowledge to support people who
seek our services.
Heal: The understanding of what healing means, gives us clarity around what we do
in psychotherapy sessions. Healing, broadly means, being able to see all parts of our
self, resilient, wounded parts and joyful parts, with emotional balance or equanimity.
Feel life: Our aim is to help people feel and experience life more fully by facilitating
healing and helping them access their innate wisdom.
Individual psychotherapy
One-on-one sessions online and offline
Individual psychotherapy for adults involves one-on-one sessions at the clinic and/or
online video-based sessions. This service offers a safe space for you to share and
explore aspects of self and your experience of emotions, relationships and so on. We
offer individual psychotherapy for emotional difficulties such as anxiety, stress,
depression, low confidence or low self-esteem, trauma, interpersonal issues with
friends or family, difficulties in forming close relationships, mental and behavioral
disorders such as social anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-
traumatic stress disorder etc.
Psychotherapist would understand your expectations from therapy and you will have a
collaborative space where decisions and goals are set together based on client’s
expectations and therapist’s evaluation. Therapeutic relationship provides conditions
for healing and psychological interventions equips you with skills to regulate
emotions and handle interpersonal situations.

An individual cannot be understood outside the context of family, friendship,
marriage, societal or cultural factors. Hence, we understand the person as a whole, not
in isolation. Psychological testing and assessment are utilized for systematic
understanding of issues presented and for outcome monitoring for both online and
offline sessions. When there is extreme emotional distress that require medical
evaluation and treatment in an inpatient setting, we encourage you to meet a
psychiatrist in a hospital.

Marital/couple and family therapy
Let’s weave healthy bonds together.
The degree of security (both psychological and physical) experienced in a
marriage/couple relationship and family is crucial in determining the quality of
emotional connection and disconnection among its members. Therapist assesses the
interaction patterns, raises awareness of those patterns and modify those interactions
with an aim to improving emotional connection and security.

Mental health promotion and prevention for community
Let’s nurture and protect our mental health
Like we care for our physical health, we need to nurture and protect our mental
health. Just as exercise and nutrition benefit physical health, mindfulness skills and
emotional intelligence benefit mental health.
Mental health promotion activities for the general public involve improving
psychological well-being and resilience. Prevention aims at delivering interventions to
prevent the onset of mental disorders; they are designed for general public, at-risk
individuals, families etc.
